“The implementation of the DDMS 2.0 application has given a positive impact to the Electronic Record Management culture among MARA staff. DDMS has also become a centre and source of information in ministries where all digital records and documents are readily accessible by users and can be shared for mutual use. The digitalisation of records has also resulted in many benefits; reducing the use of paper, speeding up record access, avoiding record loss, helping the monitoring of instructional minutes as well as easing archive and record matters. As a result of this implementation, the service delivery system at MARA can be further elevated electronically according to the Digitalisation of Government Service Delivery Plan.
