“The DDMS 2.0 System has significantly assisted in the smooth provision of services to ANM Melaka by facilitating the electronic administration of government records. Fast, organised, and electronically simpler file management can overcome the issue of slow file search. In fact, the issue of two or more officers wanting to utilise the same file at the same time can be resolved as registered users can access DDMS 2.0 System from anywhere with internet access.”

“The use of DDMS 2.0 is a transformation of record management from conventional to electronic. The implementation of DDMS brought changes to the operations of the Centralised Registry in JPM. Since “go live”, various activities have been carried out such as Fitness Class (C-Fitness), Fast Class (C-Fast), e-mail posting and receiving benchmarking visits from outside the Department.”

“The use of Digital Document Management System 2.0 (DDMS 2.0) is an initiative that has given a positive impact by creating a record management that is efficient, systematic, organized and effective. The use of DDMS has improved service delivery and record accessibility, whereby records can be accessed from anywhere and at any time, in line with government efforts to improve the digital services of the public sector.”
